People ( HR )
The People Team (Human Resources) of the Diocesan Board of Finance (EDBF) support the Diocese of Exeter to deliver its vision and strategy of ‘Growing in Prayer, Making New Disciples and Serving the People of Devon with Joy’. Our aim is to guide and support the transformation of the Diocese of Exeter by helping to create a principled community where people can flourish.
What we do:
- We provide services and general advice to ecclesiastical office holders, EDBF employees and volunteers.
- We work with Parishes, Benefices and related organisations and partners to provide resources and advice.
